What to Expect During Your Stay - 24/7 nursing care, frequent physician visits, intensive therapy with your goals in mind. On your first day, you’ll meet your dedicated care team and complete a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, current condition, and rehabilitation needs. This important step allows us to design a personalized plan focused on helping you reach your unique recovery goals and regain independence.

Packing Checklist - Essential items to bring for a comfortable stay: 
  • All home medications in original containers (for review by nursing, your admitting physician, and pharmacist)
  • Casual, comfortable clothing for therapy (shirts & pants/shorts)
  • Athletic shoes with good support
  • Undergarments
  • Pajamas or gown, and robe
  • Toiletry items (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, brush, deodorant)
  • Personal items (dentures, eyeglasses, hearing aids)
